Repair Sheets

Instruction to filling out the repair sheets:

1. Please fill out for each product an own repair sheet.
2. To number several same products and repair sheets.
3. Please only fill out the blue fields. The green fields are for us.
4. After the repair we will send you your products and the repair sheets. You see immediately which error was actually repaired.

Please fill out your repair order carefully. It's easier to find the failure of the products with a correctly filled out repair sheet. The result are lower repair costs for you.
